As Director of Acquisitions, James works closely with our new home builders to secure new properties. Prior to joining RealSmart Group, James spent 10 years in real estate acquisitions, working for developers and builders in Sacramento and the Bay Area. His experience working for developers allows him to provide unique and valuable strategic insight to our builders and investors. James spends his weekends golfing and relaxing with his family and friends.
