J.D. has been a Realtor in the Bay Area for 35 years, and over that time he has developed an extensive background in new construction, remodeling, the entitlement process, development, investment, speculation, leasing and sales, property management. He has also been able to form important relationships with builders, engineers, architects, subcontractors, supply vendors, landscapers, etc.

J.D. grew up in the Woodside Plaza neighborhood of Redwood City and attended Henry Ford Elementary, Kennedy Jr. High, and Woodside High School. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering with a minor in Business Economics in 1984.

J.D. continues to live in Redwood City with his wife, who is a Certified Professional Kitchen and Bath Designer.  They have two boys. They volunteer both in our community and abroad, and have had some of their best times together as a family servicing those in need.
