As RealSmart’s acquisitions associate, Lejla Ahmetspahic works very closely with developers to help them identify and purchase land and tear-downs for their new builds. Lejla brings over 9 years of residential real estate experience to the RealSmart team. Prior to her role in acquisitions, Lejla worked as an agent and project manager for clients throughout the Bay Area, most recently specializing in listing management for a top 5 team in San Francisco. Lejla grew up in the real estate world, got licensed while still in college, and has spent her entire career working within the business of renovation, home sales, and project management, so she understands the value of a property from the investment side to managing its curb appeal. Her favorite part of the job is ensuring that our clients have all of their real estate wishes fulfilled.
